5 Year Extended Warranty
| All our Kwila furniture is guaranteed against defects associated with faulty workmanship for a period of 5 years for the date of purchase. This warranty covers repair or replacement (at the suppliers option) only. The warranty does not cover defects in timber or defects caused by misuse or failure to maintain the timber in accordance with the maintenance instructions supplied with the furniture. Any problems should be reported direct to us not the manufacture, any enquiries must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice number and date of purchase. Your invoice must be kept as proof of purchase and may be required as proof of purchase. |
